Remedial / Therapeutic Yoga   The Yoga for Health and Education Trust (YHET) believes that yoga is invaluable in assisting with a very wide range of illnesses and medical conditions. In keeping with its core objective of bringing yoga to all, YHET arranges remedial / therapeutic yoga events and includes a remedial yoga module in its Yoga Teaching Degree Course. Many YHET teaching members have remedial yoga teacher training - see teachers in your area. We welcome contributions for this page, both articles from teachers with specialist remedial /therapeutic knowledge and experience and personal stories of how yoga students have used yoga to manage particular medical conditions.
