Yoga Day - Release Stress and Tension with Yoga, 10am - 4pm Sunday 10th October 2010,
 Lytham Assembly Rooms, Dicconson Terrace, Lytham.
Early bird booking £25 if booked before 26th September, £30 if booked thereafter.
Price includes a light lunch and hot/cold drinks.

Planning for our February 2011 Domus Mariae event is already well underway and we are delighted to welcome back Bill and Gill Feeney on the Saturday.  Bill will be leading the general session with the theme "Yoga and Ayurveda" and Gill will lead the gentle/therapeutic session.

On Sunday Julie Collis will lead the general yoga session.
