Highgate House Yoga Weekend, 30th March -

largest annual gathering in a lovely country
setting at an award winning hotel. The
residential options offered on our previous
Highgate House yoga days proved so popular
that this year we have made it a residential
weekend with day attendance options.
As always, this event provides gentler or
more dynamic yoga options.

to bringing yoga to all whether fit and well
or disabled. We offer teacher training
and courses and yoga classes via our
teaching members.

aim is for a residential centre in the heart
of England to promote the benefits of yoga
to all.

Remedial Yoga Teacher Training Course
YHET is
developing a new part time study course for
already qualified yoga teachers wishing to develop
an in depth knowledge of remedial yoga teaching.
